My favourite TV ad this christmas..

If you ever wondered how John Lewis got a 12% increase on sales this christmas take a look at one of my favourite ads.

They nailed the emotion, the insight, the quality, the song, the time of year, the product and the products, the execution. Follow this up with a brand promise that people trust because they understand you and such great service it’s no surprise.  Putting up customers with hot tea, and in their bedding department when it snowed was the icing on the christmas cake…enjoy
